1. Refund Requests:

Effective immediately, VOIPnMore will not entertain any refund requests. Please note that this policy applies without exception.

2. Service Utilization and Porting Requests:

a. If a customer initiates an initial deposit or payment and subsequently chooses not to use the service due to any reason, VOIPnMore will refund 100% of the deposited amount, provided that no initial services or porting requests are in progress and/or in use. Please be advised that this refund is contingent upon the absence of ongoing service activation.

3. Unused Pre-paid Balance:

a. In the event a customer has made a deposit and decides not to continue with the Service for any reason, VOIPnMore will refund the customer for any unused pre-paid balance. This refund will encompass the total amount of deposits minus the usage by the customer.

b. The refund request for unused pre-paid balances is valid for all new deposits made within ninety (90) days of the refund request.

4. Exclusions from Refund:

a. VOIPnMore does not provide refunds for porting or other add-on account fees preliminary to the commencement of any services.

5. Security Measures:

a. VOIPnMore employs a private security firm to automatically screen IP addresses during the customer portal login process and account registration. This security measure is in place to safeguard our services and your account.

b. In some instances, the system may deny access if a customer’s security score is determined to be excessively high. We would like to emphasize that VOIPnMore cannot be held accountable for any inconvenience, financial loss, or other issues directly or indirectly related to this security measure.

c. Please be aware that security protocols may occasionally trigger on SIP/VoIP services. By using our services, you agree not to hold VOIPnMore or its carrier responsible for any resulting security events.

6. Account Activation Responsibility:

a. Customers bear the responsibility of verifying and testing the functionality of any phone number delivered to their account before making it public. We strongly recommend conducting thorough testing from a landline or cell phone provider to ensure proper functionality.

b. VOIPnMore will not be held liable for any damages or advertising expenses incurred due to the receipt of a non-working number. In the event that a number is confirmed to be non-working, it will be promptly removed from the account, and the cost of the number will be refunded.

7. Compliance with Legal Requirements:

a. All parties involved mutually agree to conduct business in compliance with all legal requirements, with specific adherence to the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada, where VOIPnMore’s primary carrier operates.

8. Limitation of Liability:

a. VOIPnMore shall not be held liable to the customer and/or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages. This includes any and all liquidated damages, penalties, lost profits, loss of business, and damages arising from the use of the Service.

9. Dispute Resolution:

a. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to the Company’s Services, all parties agree that said dispute shall be governed by the laws of the province of Ontario, Canada. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the district of Toronto, Ontario.

10. Entire Agreement:

a. These Terms, and any amended versions thereof, constitute the entire Agreement between the customer and the Company regarding the Services. This Agreement supersedes any other agreement, whether written or verbal, that the customer might have entered into.

11. Assignment of Terms:

a. The customer acknowledges that the present Terms cannot be assigned or transferred unless the Company provides its prior written consent. However, the Company reserves the right to assign, transfer, or delegate any of its rights and obligations under these Terms without requiring customer consent, while providing notice (written or email) to the customer in the event of such occurrence.

12. Policy Updates:

a. VOIPnMore reserves the right to update or modify these Terms as necessary. Any such changes will become effective upon posting on the VOIPnMore website. We encourage you to review our policies periodically. Continued use of the Services following any modifications indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
